For booksellers We value our relationships with campus booksellers. We are committed to providing the very best customer service through fast and efficient order processing, speedy and accurate deliveries and helpful responses to all of your queries. We hope you find the information on this page useful. Please let us know how we can improve our service by using the feedback option. John Wiley Australia represents the following publishers: WW Norton in Australia and Papua New Guinea Our air freight surcharges are calculated on the book's recommended retail price:
Please note that only customer orders that result from late new adoptions
attract such charges. By ordering whole cartons, we can speed up the picking and despatch of your order as well as minimise damage to the books. Please visit our eCustomer Service website (http://ecustserv.johnwiley.com.au) to find out carton quantity information. We are aware that some of our customers can find it problematic if we deliver stock orders as pallets of boxes. This is most likely to occur when we are despatching Forward Orders. If this is an issue for your bookshop, please contact Lisa Ashton at our Australian Distribution Centre to discuss your requirements. Lisa Ashton's contact details are: Sea freight cut off date for semester 2, 2010 will be Friday 30th April. Air freight cut off date for semester 2, 2010 will be Friday 11th June. We will be offering a Fast Track ordering service to Campus Booksellers for Semester 2, 2010 from Monday 12 July 2010 until Friday 13 August 2010. Orders received before midday (Brisbane time) and clearly marked ‘Fast Track’ will be processed and packed ready for despatch that day. Please note that we do not despatch daily to customers outside Australia, as we consolidate the consignments in order to reduce costs. However, we shall regard all Fast Track orders as high priorities, and despatch them as soon as we can.
If you do not wish to take delivery of stock orders until January/February for Semester 1 or June/July for Semester 2 please just mark your order accordingly. A firm date is required rather than just the month. If this is omitted, we will assume the first of the month. Charge Forward starts May 1, 2010 and will end 30 June, 2010. While we do provide this service, please do not hold your orders until then. We have a sophisticated system that allows us to reserve stock for you once your order is processed even if you do not want to take delivery until a later date. The sooner your order is received by us the sooner we can ensure sufficient quantities are available throughout the semester.
